Autumn Reflection

The fall foliage here in Vermont has been one of the best in years.  The colors are so varied and vibrant.  I was able to get this shot of Lake Iroquois this past week after a charitable motorcycle run.  It fits well with my blog’s blurb, “Beholding and reflecting the glory of the Lord through glass.”

  1. Spectacular! I’ve been to Vermont in the fall and it’s beautiful. Shortly after being diagnosed with ALS, Mary and I spent a week in early October driving around Maine and it was one of the best vacations we’ve had.

  2. Absolutely breath taking, but what is really fascinating is with all of the fall colors, the blue wake behind the kayaker, obviously reflecting the blue sky above. I love the shimmering reflection of the fall colored trees on the lake. Nice shot and composition. Thank you Rene.

  3. Hi Rene I have to ask how you got this shot it seems to me that must have used a pretty long lens

I’ve looked at the moon at 48x and was pretty amazed, but Ive never been able to photograph it at this power.
