Weekly Photo Challenge: Letters of Love

This week’s photo challenge theme is “Letters”… any kind of letters, no matter the alphabet.  Since I used to do calligraphy with pen and ink and really appreciate Japanese calligraphy, I thought I would practice with my Japanese brush.  It has been a while, so the outcome is very rough and rudimentary, but it was fun.  I used my Canon ES 50mm f/1.8 II lens and added one of my own textures.

If you would like to join the challenge or see how others interpreted the theme, go to The Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge: Letters.

    • Domo arigato gozaimasu, Randell-san! I created the little red stamp. It is made up using existing Kanji characters and says “Rennei”. It can be translated as “courteous traveler”. 🙂
