Feverfew

Some friends and I went to Perennial Pleasures a few days ago to enjoy an English tea luncheon and walk through their beautiful gardens.  This macro photo of feverfew, which can be used as a medicinal herb, is one of many, which I hope to post over the next few days.  Anyone who knows me knows I tend to notice heart shapes.  The heart in the center flower was slightly bigger than the size of a period.  I used my son’s Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 lens with a Tiffen 0.6 neutral density filter.  The midday sun was very bright, so I shaded them using my body to avoid harsh shadows.
